Project Jambo’s Onboarding Process for Potential Clients

Posted on

Below is our onboarding process that we believe ensures the greatest probability of success. Please keep in mind that any of the steps shown below can be amended or deleted depending on your requirements and preferences:

Step One:

A brief, no obligation meeting, phone call or email to discuss your goals and challenges in this area along with the outcomes you are interested in achieving from a workshop. We will elaborate on our program and answer all your questions.

Step Two:

A short meeting to discuss specific ways in which we can customise the program to align with your policies and priorities previously discussed. This may be a good time to introduce other team members into the decision process. We will discuss which staff may benefit the most from attending and the ideal number of attendees.

Step Three:

We will provide a proposal outlining the workshop structure, agenda, and any customization options discussed along with cost, duration, and logistics requirements for the workshops. We may also include any pre-workshop assessments or surveys if applicable.

Step Four:

We will conduct a post-workshop debrief to discuss the outcomes and gather feedback. We will provide a summary report and recommendations based on the workshop’s insights and surveys.

If you would like to take the first step in bringing greater rewards and fulfilment to your workplace by embracing Respectful and Productive Disagreements, contact us on: info@ProjectJambo.com
